How much does Executive Coaching cost?
It is Didier’s heartfelt honor to walk beside you in your leadership journey; nothing matters more to him than guiding others to make their greatest contribution in life. The experience is an investment of time, effort, and resources, and is designed to benefit you for the rest of your life. The cost for the 6-month process is comparable to the rates of most established executive coaches and expert consultants – the coaching process is not cheap, nor wildly expensive. Since Didier does not want price to potentially get in the way of working together, he does have some flexibility. His intention is to create a powerful return on your investment by guiding you to make a deeper impact in all of your life.
What’s the best coaching option for me?
All of Didier’s offerings can help you to craft a plan for your life and leadership that activates your life purpose and moves you toward your life vision. Didier most often recommends his flagship Leadership Accelerator experience, which involves 6 months of one-on-one support including a 360 review process. There’s nothing quite like setting aside dedicated time to strategically carve out space to discover what’s truly unique about your gifts and to put a plan in place for moving forward. If the 6 month experience is beyond your needs and/or means for now, Didier’s custom Retreats & Events are designed to guide you towards increasing levels of clarity around your identity, purpose, and impact, and meet you where you are.
How is Didier’s coaching different from that of others?
Three reasons. First, most coaching and personal development is too personal; that is, it is too individualized, fragmenting the client from relations to community and the collective good. Second, most coaches are apolitical; that is, their work does not tend to structural differences in power that create realities for better or for worse. Third, and perhaps most importantly, most coaching does not deal with all aspects of what makes us human, including the wisdom in our physical bodies, the intelligence of our emotions, the subtleties of our spiritual formation (or capacity for meaning-making), and our pragmatic needs for strategy and action. Didier’s approach blends all of this without leaving any single parts of ourselves behind.
What happens after the engagement?
The coaching experience gives people a profound sense of clarity, direction, and possibility. The world seems to open up in new, and expansive ways. With new perspectives comes new opportunities, new choices, and new practices for how we live and lead our life. To support this, Didier immediately offers clients a series of ongoing tools and materials to support their integration journey. At that point many clients request an ongoing coaching engagement, most commonly three months at minimum, to further support their journey with ongoing support, action-planning and accountability.
